We offer "free ground shipping" for all US orders except: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

（2）For large items( pizza oven etc.), multiple items or large orders we use LTL freight.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping: 5-7 business days. LTL shipping: 10-14 natural days.
Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or modify it for any reason. For orders that use the LTL shipping method, if the consignee requests to change the destination, the shipment will return to the shipper and we will issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee.
* All LTL orders need to be accepted for delivery within 5 days of the shipping carrier contacting you to set up a delivery date. For any order not accepted within 5 days, refused, or return to the sender a fee of 20% will be assessed.
For all pick up orders, please state in the order that you intend to pick up the order from our warehouses. All orders must be picked up by the name listed on the order when placed and with a valid identification card. If the order is not picked by the end of 7 days since the order was placed. We will cancel the order and issue a refund.

1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (888 682-8882) Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.
4: If an item is found to be damaged in shipping. Do not accept or sign for the product. Simply refuse the package with the carrier and contact our customer support asap.
I’m no chef and have never made homemade pizza before. The pizza in this picture is literally the second one I ever made. The prosciutto went on at the end for 30 seconds after cooking just the cheese and crust first for a minute. Could not be more pleased with this product. Exactly as described by Empava.
My Husband has been making homemade pizza for over 50 years and has always wanted a pizza oven but I never got around to building one for him. This oven was the perfect solution and it made his birthday a very happy event. The oven heats up quickly and the pizzas cook in about a minute. Their taste reminds me of Napoli
This thing is incredible! So far I’ve done pizzas, shrimp scampi, fish fillet, and Stromboli! The best!!! I really like the temp gauge that tells you when it is hot enough to crisp the crust. No other pizza oven has that. I know... I looked.
Arrived quickly, nicely packaged. The Empava pizza oven reaches the advertised temperature and easily produces Neapolitan-style pizzas, one after the other. I’ve used it three times in the last week and a half. Some reviews I’ve read mention “the learning curve” but if you’ve made decent homemade pizza in the past, this oven is a no-brainer. What learning curve?! Take it out of the box (fully assembled), go get some wood or pellet fired, preheat and slide your pizza in. Don’t go anywhere. Begin rotating the pie, and continue until the crust is puffed and browned. Then pull out a piping hot masterpiece! It takes a minute or so. And so good. I took the leftovers to work twice and now my co-workers are clamoring for their own pizzas. I guess a pizza-making party is up next.
I really like this pizza oven. It takes about 3 times to get the perfect pizza. I recommend the turning peel because you will need to turn the pizza about an 1/8th of a turn every 5 seconds to get the perfect crust, at least that is what I have learned. Great oven for super fast awesome Italian style pizza. Also, once you turn it on, let it come up to temperature, then turn it to low when your cooking the pizza. There are less chances to burn the crust.
