Return Shipping Policy

  We offer "free ground shipping" for all US orders except: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, where our shipments are not covered. For Canada orders, we charge a shipping fee. For different product categories, we offer different shipping fees because the weight and size are different.
  
  Shipping Method:
  
  （1）Standard / small orders ship out via: USPS, UPS and FedEx.
  
  （2）For large items( pizza oven etc.), multiple items or large orders we use LTL freight.
  
  Shipping Time:

  Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or modify it for any reason. For orders that use the LTL shipping method, if the consignee requests to change the destination, the shipment will return to the shipper and we will issue a refund less the 20% restocking fee. For Canada order, we will deduct 30% of your total refund amount. For a defective return, we will bear the return shipping cost and a full refund will be sent back to your account.
  
  * All LTL orders need to be accepted for delivery within 5 days of the shipping carrier contacting you to set up a delivery date. For any order not accepted within 5 days, refused, or return to the sender a fee of 20% will be assessed. 30% for Canada order.
  
  For all pick up orders, please state in the order that you intend to pick up the order from our warehouses.   Returns:
  
  1: If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer support via email at (support@kitchenappliancestore.com) or telephone (888 682-8882) Monday - Friday from 9 am -5 pm PST to request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. When contacting our support team ensure you provide them with your return reason.
  
  2: Returns made without approval will not be accepted as to we have different return addresses for different products.
  
  3: For returns due to buyers remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost along with a 20% restocking fee applied, 30% for Canada order. You should also save your tracking number to confirm when your item has been received at our location. Items being returned due to defects or quality issues a pre-paid return label will be provided to you upon you providing us with any pictures/videos showing the issue you are encountering.

  This is the only juicer I need
  I've had this juicer for two weeks and have juiced quite a few things with it. I am making protein smoothies with fruit/vegetable juice and yogurt every morning for breakfast.
  
  Tips: Very soft fruits like bananas and pears don't give juice - they give fruit puree. The fruit puree you get is perfect for smoothies and also for baby food, but it's not something you would want to just have a glass of it to drink.
  
  Berries of all sorts, including pomegranate nodules, juice very well. Especially strawberries. The juicer is excellent at separating seeds from juice.
  
  Tough skinned fruits like unpeeled apples and grapes juice well but clog the juicer blade's mesh screen so you have to take it out and scrub it every so often or your juice wont be able to drain and will end up in the pulp bin.

  For a first time buyer of an at-home juicer, i give this 10 stars
  I bought the Empava juicer because the reviews were more good than bad. My boyfriend and I have been using this juicer every day for almost 2 weeks (twice in one day for 2-3 of those days)... Let me tell you, I cannot be happier. So far (LOL) It's worked perfectly. I recommend peeling fruits such as lemons because throwing them into the juicer may cause them to get spit back out. We put a plastic bag into the back end where the skin and remains come out to speed up the cleaning process. The process from the start of juicing the items to turning off the sink from cleaning the machine parts takes--MAYBE five minutes... Yes, I said 5 minutes. IF that. It's quite an easy clean-up, with just rinsing and scrubbing one of the parts with the brush it comes with.
  For the price, and for the fact, that this is the very first juicer I've purchased, I'm quite happy. For the price of 3 bottled juices I've been paying from juice bars, I have been able to make at least 6 days' worth of juices of the same amount (for TWO people).
  If you're skeptical, I'd go with this particular model juicer. It won't break your bank, and as I've said, I'm happy with it and am glad I made the decision to start juicing at home. I, in fact, look forward to it every morning. (:

  -- Quick and powerful; buzzy with high RPM
  -- Perfect for celery juice! Seems to like veggies better than fruit
  -- Breaks down and can be cleaned in no time (tip: use a sprayer on the metal blades/filter and spray in a circular motion-- plus use the provided brush)
  -- Pretty simple to assemble and use; if you have any common sense, you will know once you hit the ON button to keep your fingers clear and use the supplied plastic part to mash-feed the chute
  -- I like thick, pulpy OJ, and this machine delivers
  -- Looks good on the counter
  
  The cons
  -- Flimsy; the plastic parts are lightweight and the pulp bucket is not attachable- being very careful not to break the anchor snaps. It wiggles a bit when working.

  Priced right, easy to clean, works well.
  I'm new to juicing, so this is a learning experience. This is a solid machine, well designed, gets most of the juice out of what I put through it, comes apart easily to clean, and fits back together without any hassle, reminding me of a child's puzzle. Just be sure to clean it right away, rinsing under cold water, so nothing can dry and get stuck in any little corners.
  
  I could have given it five stars, but gave it four just because I don't know how to compare it to "the best" - I am completely satisfied with it, though.
  
  Maybe I could freeze the pulp and use it to add fiber when baking bread or muffins. Any ideas?
  
  Retired, I expect this to outlast me. But I'll give it a challenge by using it to stay healthier!

  Worth it
  I got my juicer at the appropriate time they shipped it. I used it today and I must say it I'd worth the money. I have been on the fence for weeks researching and trying to find the best juicer to spend my money on.
  In my opinion, the one-speed it has is just fine, you are not missing out if you buy one speed.
  I juiced a variety of things the orange and apples I cut in half and I juiced the orange with the spin to see if it could handle it, and it did.
  I didn't have a problem with large chunks being left back from my kale and spinach-like the other reviewers. I folded the leaves and then put half an apple on top and it worked out great.
  U got a jug full of juice. I added the list of items I juiced so you will know all that I didn't have a problem juicing. I put a bag in the trash part, which made cleaning up easier. The brush included cleans the blade well.
